Yes you absolutely can give your bronze blonde the professional toning at 1/10 the cost.
But this saved me so much money compared to going to the salon.

Package says to use only wella charm 10 volume as developer.
Competitiveness
This is much better than t18 and i recommend using it with a 10 volume developer.
I mixed the toner one to one with wella 10 volume developer and got awesome results.
I think this is super similar to t18.
Imo this product is way better than t18.

I used a 20 volume because i still had some small spots that were a little darker yellowbrassy and i wanted to make sure it toned them down as much as possible

It not only took all the yellow tones out but it gave the slightest hue of pale purple
