Pros
The top opens up and it included a yellow cover for the rain, a shoulder strap as well as a divider for inside of the main pocket. It secures to your bike rack via 2 velcro straps at the bottom. The left and right open up to give you saddlebags.
Cons
The base of the center piece is too soft causing it to'sack' and hanging over the edges. The hard cover outside of the side bags is nonsense and makes closing the side parts tricky.

There is a high quality feel to this bag and all i can say that its a great bag and worth the price.

Theres a bright nylon cover for the pannier included just in case find yourself caught in a hurricane however i really doubt i would use this much because the zippers have sheathes over them to block water and there doesnt seem to be an inch of exposed fabric on the pannier that would allow water to seep in

Except my ebike has a top bar and when i swing my leg over the back i have a 50 chance of kicking it
