Pros
Laptop has 4 gb ram and 2tb hdd storage. Speed is improved at 7 to 8 times in terms of booting. After install this ssdi install windows 10 and also good performance and update your laptops atleast to 4gb ram.
I have a brand preference of wd. Happy with it and enjoying working on it. My objective is achieved.
Cons
The read/write speed mentioned is about 3000mbps by amazon. Don't waste your money, please buy a traditional harddisk instead. Not it's not getting deteted via motherboard or usb.
I troubleshoot it as consumer care instruction set. Couldn't reach the customer care, no response from mail escalation. Only 9 month working. No way to recover data. There was no serial number on the product.
This way the ssd is yet to offer roi and asking for investment till now. Don't purchase it. Very costly and less lifespan.

Raised an rma on the wd support portal and chose the over the counter handover of the oldupdate 21 june 2024 received a new wd blue sa510 drive in lieu of the old one

I used the wd dashboard app to update the wd greens firmware and within 2 hours that wd green drive crashed and crashed so bad that if i didnt unplug the sata cable from the wd green my computer wont even boot up
