Pros

It's much quieter than the 36 ceiling fan it replaced and the blades seem well balanced. It's very quiet with no wobble at all, even on the highest speed. I especially love the lowest speed especially for ambiance.

Installed outside under our patio. Works great with no down rod. Perfect for our 13 by 16 master and dining area.

From unpacking to completion (including removal of old fixture) took less than 2 hours. Two led bulbs come with the piece. No damage whatsoever.

Cons

Fan spins fast but is crazy out of balance. Zero air is felt even when standing directly underneath. Wasted money on electrician to put fan up and take it down. Will never buy westinghouse.

A fan would cost 4 times as much to get real wooden blades.

It's not as cheap as my white fan, so it's an upgrade from that, but it's certainly not worth the $160 price tag here.

These cheap fans are notorious for having vibration issues but i didn’t feel like dropping over $300 for a fan for my back patio.
