Pros

Cools a large space in my home. It is reasonably quick on cooling the room and it's so much quieter than my old one was.

Cons

If you switch it back to cool it continuously runs on fan for at least 5 minutes before blowing cool air again. Could never get the wifi to connect.

Easy to install and great that there’s an app to control the temperature.

Is not like picture shows when i tried by phone to see iti better to use far from where you are, because is powerful but very noisy.

I turned off my main a/c, and let it run for several hours.

Price

Cheaper than buying propane weekly, warms my 400+ ft space quickly.

This unit has a lot of bells and whistles actually for its price point (if you get in on sale).

Shipping

It was able to get delivered the next day, which is a bonus, but it was a name that i have heard of before.

It was received the next day and it came well packaged from the manufacture.

Packaging/appearance

Excellent quality of packing and exhaust parts.

It had everything that i needed in the box.

Unboxing it looks good feels good, only missing was my window plastic kit… had to go find one .

Competitiveness

I had another brand of portable air conditioner and it shot craps.

Had another brand before this one and it was very loud and clunky.

Only complaints are:1) fan is only 2 speeds when most competitors offer 3 speed low/medium/high2) vent hose is awkward to deal with.

I bought it on sale and westinghouse is noted as a better product hopefully ❤️$3xx.
