Pros

I have a portable generator that can run my house except for the a/c. When the power goes out, we use this unit with a generator. It's so much quieter than my old one was. Cools the room perfectly.

It is heavy n bulky but all of them are. Excellent quality of packing and exhaust parts. Its compact and attractive.

Cons

The hose is impossible to connect to the inlet and outlet brackets. Could never get the wifi to connect. The unit barely keeps up, for what it is.

Is not like picture shows when i tried by phone to see iti better to use far from where you are, because is powerful but very noisy.

Cheaper than buying propane weekly, warms my 400+ ft space quickly.

It was able to get delivered the next day, which is a bonus, but it was a name that i have heard of before.

Excellent quality of packing and exhaust parts.

It had everything that i needed in the box.

Unboxing it looks good feels good, only missing was my window plastic kit… had to go find one .

Competitiveness

I loved the price after comparing many similar products.

I had another brand of portable air conditioner and it shot craps.

Only complaints are:1) fan is only 2 speeds when most competitors offer 3 speed low/medium/high2) vent hose is awkward to deal with.

I bought it on sale and westinghouse is noted as a better product hopefully ❤️$3xx.
