Thought i was going to have to wire in an "american" type socket but this adapter seemingly works perfectly.

It screws right into the bulb screw on the lamp, and then you screw a 110v light bulb straight into this.

I already had reducers in my chandelier but 4 of them did not work with the led bulbs i bought.
