Easy assemblyexcellent sound & picture. Only drawback is the sound - while perfectly clear, there is sometimes a fuzzy feedback, very faint but noticeable.

Cons

There is no padding inside the box on the screen side or back side. Sound quality is horrible. Customer support is nonexistent.

All in all it's exactly what we were looking for at a very affordable price.
