Pros

The light looks great, and is easy to install. I feel it may need a bit of redesign to get absolutely flush. Excellent quality and parts organization, good packaging.

Cons

Not easy to install. This is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. Ours looks more like it got gouged a few times before someone stuck it in the box.

The design of the lamp has two black caps that screw on the end of the mounting studs but the studs are longer than the lamp should hang down.
