    Remote is confusing because 1 on setting is high and 3 is slow opposite of other fan remotes

    We had a small hair line crack in one of the blades and put it up anyway causing it to break wich may have been our fault i am not sure i called the company to see if there was any way that i could purchase a replacement blade

    They informed me that the blades were factory balanced and replaced the whole set
