Pros

Boughtbthis for our family room. Goes great with our country decor. Only drawback is the amount of light created. It is absolutely beautiful and gets compliments upon first sight from all.

Cons

Even using the dimmer feature, it throws little more light than a nightlight! Very misleading advertising. When i attempt to call westinghouse customer service, it's a maze of trying to reach the lighting dept. It's wasting time.

So inexpensive and great that we purchased a different model from westinghouse we put in another room and it's just as great.
