These looked more like something that would be in a commercial setting with metal fan blades

Not much to assemble other than putting the fan blades on the motor

I departed from the instructions on that step and installed them before hanging the fan on the bracket

Installing them after it was hung would have been more difficult because you would have to put the screws in from the topside without as much space or visibility
