Pros

Ordering a 3rd for my office. My one flaw has been debunked.

Robust set of slider *. Includes a dimmer for a fan light.

Easy installation and works great. Excellent installation instructions.

Cons

Just didn't last. Inexpensive, and presuming this is why. I hope the seller will consider sending me a replacement, correct part.

Fan speed slider makes no sense. Fan speed works backwards, as in '1' is high, '2' &'3' are medium, and '4' is low. Also opposite from the lamp brightness positions.

Internal wiring is mixed up/reversed. It is very hard to slide switch. I’m replacing all 3 purchased switches to ones that don’t spark as as normal operation.

Easy sliders to turn on lights and fan and they are durable and don't break or fall off like some other switches.

Great product, easy install and provided installation diagram was easy to follow.

So i just open this product an much to my surprise it is used heavy smells like tobacco.

Works great, used with hunter fan, only off thing is speed works opposite, 1 is high, 4 is off.

Price

Not a big deal, i love the fact that i can control the speed of the fan without strings or remote that i can misplace.

For max power on my fan, the value is actually 1 and not 4 as listed.
