Even though they were clear and easy to follow had a couple of areas where they could be improveda the screws that needed to be removed from the mounting bracket in an early step had to be reversed in a later step when installing the baseb the screws holding the fan blades in the fan motor were preinstalled and the instructions should have specified that they be removed before installing the motor to the mounting bracket

Trying to remove the tightly screwed in screws with the motor installed was not exactly an easy task

Motor is very quite in all three speeds

The other side of the blades are an oak color in a design almost like unfinished wood but have an interesting swirl design

Sure its not a high end fan but for the price it is an excellent buy and we couldnt come close to this price at either home depot or lowes
