High quality, american made, stainless steel product.

I'm thrilled with the results as are my two daughters and wife who can all take unlimited lengthed showers now.

I don't know if this has spotty quality issues or what - i have had no problems with this water heater at all.

It might not be the cheapest water heater by any means, but you get the quality you pay for and then some.

Shipping

As a side note: shipping was also a very positive experience with the unit arriving a week early in pristine shape.

On the other hand, shipping was a nightmare scheduled 12/28/2017 (verified via web and live person) finally arrived 1/2/2018.
