It's worth noting that the quality is excellent for the price. This one has a nice weight and thickness to it that feels, looks, and actually results in reliable durability. Shipped fast and safely.

This seller knows what they are selling and how important it is to clearly provide all dimensions to help insure the buyer doesn't have to deal with the hassle of returns. The circumference is accurate to the description.

Cons

This is totally ridiculous. Size is misrepresented. Fitter is only 5 5/8. I'm bummed. The barcode sticker is annoying.
