Pros
I have a red heeler that loves to stay warm, so she lays with me. Her blanket is warm and lightweight. It fits her queen bed perfectly.
This blanket heats much hotter than our previous ones. It sips power from my battery bank and puts out a lot of heat. I now have a gasoline generator that i can switch into the house.
Dual heating controls plug in on either side of the end of the blanket. Count on plugging both in. The electric cord is long enough for most any position or use. Having dual controls is the way to go.

Very disappointing. What a disappointment. This blanket sells for a premium price, which makes it even more disappointing.
The blanket feels soft and cozy, it has a major flaw. The first 5 temps are almost nothing. This blanket is super thin and the heat from the wire elements can be felt to the extreme. We have a few grievances with it that have us considering a differen... Read More
If you toss and turn at night, this is not the blanket for you. The blue light from the control is way too bright for something designed to be used at nighttime. The cord is too short to reach from control unit to the plug on the end of the blanket.

Glad its also machine washable but would recommend hang dry instead
