Pros

Westinghouse replaced the defective controller with no hassle or fuss. For the amount of time we have it on--an hour at most--we let one of our heat-seeking missile cats sit on it.

This blanket is heavy, a beautiful color (mine is wine colored) and heats up. Heats evenly. There has been no odor since the first heating time.

Enjoy once the shipment arrives!

Cons

It heats very unevenly. If it folds as blankets may do while sleeping, it gets even hotter. Not safe, not leaving plugged in in my house.

After barely using for 3 months its junk and wont turn on. Customer service does nothing but tell you to try all the things you have already tried.

The module protrudes from the blanket. If the blanket is on the wrong side of the mattress, the module goes to the wrong place. The blanket says for king size, i have a standard king size bed.
