Pros

Mattress pad is perfect for chilly michigan nights. Wife has been sleeping warm and comfy ever since. I sleep in a basement that sometimes gets damp, and i use a mattress bag rather than fitted sheets.

There are 10 levels of heating. High heat is great for the preheat. Highest setting feels soothing for short periods.

Cons

The heating elements seem to go to the bottom of the bed. Remote gives a temp of 66 then it disappears. It is disappointing that the cost of return of a defective item is up to the consumer.

The blanket only comes on when you press a button, but then turns off after some number of seconds. The controls are not lit (at all) during the night.

This westinghouse pad is by far better that the previous one we had.
