Pros

This replaces a pad we've used for about 4 years. It works like a charm. Downside is a bit of a bummer, but it i would still buy it again.

I am a hot sleeper, and my partner is always cold. Hubby sleeps at 5 and i sleep at 7.

High heat is great for the preheat. The heating is good. It is washable and there is no radiation emitted. There is a 5 year warranty.

The wireless controller conveniently operates both sides of the bed. Each side has it's own cord that connects at the bottom and runs up the side of the mattress.

A redeeming quality to the control panel is the remote. It also comes with a timer so you can set when you want it to go off.

Cons

This product is below expectation for me. Overall, this product gives an underwhelming customer experience. It's the 21st century make an app already. This thing is a waste of money.

It is disappointing that the cost of return of a defective item is up to the consumer. Will not buy from this company again. It's a third party seller.
