Pros

It's quiet enough, but not as quite as my old honda 2000. Staying under a 50% load is the sweet spot. Coming from a 6500 briggs and stratton, this unit is much quieter than i expected.

Cons

Customer services of these new products is less the stellar. Westinghouse refuses to assist me with warranty. Buy another brand, reviewer says.
