Pros & Cons
Cons
They begin to slip as soon as you install them.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to install, and obviously heavy duty.
Its metal, strong, sturdy, and supports the fan with no death wobble.
It was installed on a flimsy bootleg electrician made piece of bracket on the center support beam.
It was more or less rigged to hang off a support beam - that was not holding!
Packaging/appearance
I needed a new box that could be bolted onto the only support beam in the bedroom and this definitely did the job.
The original junction box was made of plastic so the thread in the box wore out.
