Pros

I no longer have any incandescent flood lights to compare this against. It comes on instantly, doesn't flicker a bit, and casts a warm light. As people use led bulbs more, the prices will come down even more.

    Keep in mind that the overall size of this reflector especially the diameter is smaller than an old fashioned reflector so many of the housings designed for older reflectors will have a small gap around the sides
