The one major con is that it kind of mounts loosely at the arm so the light fixture itself can always be tweaked just a bit making it appear a little off balance

Easy to install did it myself 54 year old woman im kinda handy which helps but its so easy to connect wires basically anyone who knows how to turn off a circuit breaker could do it
