Pros
Bought it as a replacement for an old, cracked glass ceiling shade. The etched glass looks quite pretty. We have a 3-light ceiling fixture, and this fit it just right.
It looks beautiful on my newly refinished bedroom. Didn't clash with the room. A nice complement to the kitchen's ombeience.
Sometimes simplicity is best. Easy to install. Looked very pretty installed.
Cons
Light fixture is very dim. Not well made, the bulbs are visible from almost every angle. This looks cheap. Not really acceptable, except maybe in a bedroom?

I had a older, uglier square light in my bedroom and got this light as an upgrade.
Packaging/appearance
I took it out of the box and easily removed my previous light fixture by removing the little nut and replaced the old with the new.
It genuinely looks better than the photo on this page shows.
