Pros

Received yesterday - fast prime delivery as usual. It looks marvellous. Very shiny.

Replacing a *, 70s florescent tube fixture above the kitchen sink with 2 of these lamps. This is a no brainer if you have an old rusted or otherwise compromised light. The fixture seems well made and reasonably easy to mount.

Used wd40, several different types of pliers and screwdrivers. More convenient to get then ordering it from lowe's or home depot. Same as in store but in stock.
