Pros
Consumer reports lists this as their second highest rated fan. The fan is super quiet and it was easy to install. No wobble, no noise, and pretty easy installation.
The only thing to be careful of is that the fins are made of some sort of very soft wood and easily dented or damaged. It has a slot that leaves enough space to get at one fan blade's pair of mounting screws.
Replaced some old hunter fans. These look fantastic and offer great lighting for a bedroom. I am just glad that both of these fans are in the same room so it doesn't mess up the decor too badly.
The light seems to make the room more inviting. Even the light gives a nice glow. While the light is brighter than my previous fan, i wish it was a little brighter.
Cons
The motor is very loud and quite noticeable. The constant grinding hum is very annoying. This fan is not worth the money. Go to lowe's and get the vue fan.
The fan is not possible to easily take apart. The blades are very thin and flexible so i would think they may sag or warp over time. There was no ground wire with the fans.

This is a new house build and getting that co and a final inspection is of upmost importance.
The dimmable lighting is a great feature, and while the light is brighter than my previous fan, i wish it was a little brighter.
Draws only 12 watts on low setting and 27 watts on medium.
Electrician doing the job said he could not get them to work and it happens a lot with fans that have electronics.
Price
Rather than replace the receiver, i decided to buy an inexpensive fan and dump it when it no longer works.

Packaging/appearance
It looks great in my bedroom, and overall i don’t regret my purchase at all, i would still recommend it.
Inside, the styrofoam packing had broken up a bit.
It would have been much smarter to pack this thing inside a sturdier cardboard box before shipping.
