I restore old rainlamps as a hobby and trying to find the hooks that we used back then i thought would be a pain but these are exactly the ones as far as appearance and function that i used when i hung my first lamp in around 1985 they are the proper strength and come with both the wood screw ends for screwing into a stud or 2x4 or the togglewing spring loaded ends for using just as drywall support limit it to about 25lbs to be safe

The material of the hook feels like plastic and that is the only reason for the 3 star rating
