It's a miraculous little thing! I hope this review alleviates any indecision by countering the few bad reviews.

The silicone is nonstick and easy to clean. Easy to clean by hand or dishwasher. Even the silicone ends get very hot so be sure to use potholders.

Cons

Without oil at all = floppy unappealing crust. With oiled pan and oiled dough = crispy around edges, still kind of floppy in center. It's just the latest gimmick that you’ll use once, and instantly regret.
