    First the button to open it can be a little hard to push in as it seems to like to slide on my counters i am pretty sure that if it didnt slide when trying to open it would open okay

    Finally time to replace this unit

    The carousel has finally worn its way thru the paint after about 20 minutes a day of usage

    All the other functions are still working perfectly there is just a deep treadmark from the rotation of the carousel
