Pros

This micrrowave is close to being a duplicate to my ge that quit after 17 years! Works fine. Updated from a 700 to 1000.

The cc's touchpad is the most legible & best looking of any microwave oven touchpad imo. The holes in the door's mesh are large and, with the cc's white interior, viewing food inside is easy.

At full power the cc is very strong and boils water faster than my old toshiba. Seems to have more heating options than average.

Cons

No one replies of course. Can hardly read the panel (doesn't light up) to know what * to push. If you hit a number, nothing happens. Would have looked elsewhere if was listed under description.

A cheap $60 microwave from walmart actually performs better. Since it’s under warranty the protection plan i got does no good. I’m about to sue this company for selling defective products that can burn homes down and ignoring warranty claims.

Very happy with this purchase and price.

Is what i need at a good price

[after adjusting for inflation the old toshiba would cost $600us today.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived in good shape with plenty of styrofoam packing.

Competitiveness

We looked at 15 other brands and none even came close.

This was actually a replacement for a different brand i'd purchased that caught on fire when i was warming something up.

This is smaller and more compact then any other 900w microwave out there.
