The only issue so far is it would not crank when the power went out last week. Started right up out of the box using propane. You put the entire oil jug in because it was 2.

It's very heavy but considering how much power it produces it's justified. Rolls on cement fairly well. While it is heavy it is very maneuverable on the larger wheels.

Customer service/technicians never helped at all. When they don't, well, they’re essentially a zero. This is unacceptable for this type of item.
