Pros

Though heavy (193 lbs), the unit pulls easily and qualifies as portable (not for an rv though). It's noisy, but not excessively so compared to other units. It’s a lot quieter than the old generator we were using.

The portability of this generator is a standout feature. It runs flawlessly as well.

This gen ships with the wheel kit,battery,oil and funnel to fill crankcase. I do yearly 10-30 oil, and make sure all else is up to *.

Cons

Customer service is useless and the warranty is a joke. It's also frustrating since they are shipping these from over seas, where they test them, and the generator could be dirty.

The battery is a joke, utterly under-powered. Or so attempts at starting it will drain the starter battery.

Less than 2 months start not idle properly. Pull cord poor design, jams every second pull. It still shuts down after a couple of minutes and its no good.

Packaging/appearance

Oil was provided in packaging which helped.

This generator came in a box and was very easy to get together.

The box that arrived was absolutely demolished by the delivery crew, but the generator seemed unscathed by the rough transit.

Got a scratch and dent offer by amazon warehouse and seriously only the box was damaged.

We also love how quiet it is compared with others we have owned.

I use lucas oil and reg oil first two changes then switched it to high mileage synthetic.

It's noisy, but not excessively so compared to other units.
