Quality
I received my juicer last saturday andam quite pleased with the performance its quiet and easy to use.
Cons:- the mesh strainer is annoying to clean, particularly with the more fibrous produce.
Delighted with this product after 48 hours.
I can deal with the loud noise because everything else is great!
Packaging/appearance
- recipe booklet is lacking, but there are probably thousands of recipes to be found on the interwebs.
It can take awhile to get everything out of the mesh.
Competitiveness
While it does have two speeds for maximum extraction, this is not a masticating juicer.

And like the other juicers ive used its a pain in the neck to clean

This caused a bit of an issue when i was making more than one pitcher of juice because i had to open the unit up and empty out the pulp midway through to avoid it from getting backed up

One of the worst things about juicers is cleaning the mesh juicing part no matter how many clean toothbrushes i shred that thing does not clean easily soaking it doesnt work either
