Works great with the fruit press for cider making.
I did build a small table to mount this on to make it easy but the product worked great.
Cleaned up pretty easily by just spraying it off with the hose and then letting it dry.
I had an issue with the internal drum and contacted weston, who sent me a new one at no charge.

After dropping the bolt off the gum multiple times, i finally got these two bolts in after about 20 minutes.

Tried using an extension magnet first, but of course the bolts weren't magnetic.

The crushed apples aren’t as fine as the disposal but we didn’t notice any reduction in juice

It served us well for processing apples into cider until this year when the bearings failed seized up and could not be replaced

The unit must be cleaned and sanitized by hosing it down and dousing the interior with sanitizer fluid
