I have been using a meat slicer to cut my jerky to size, however the results were disappointing by time consuming cutting, first get meats to almost frozen but thawed enough to cut(time from freezer to cutting)several hours, i had over 15 lbs of meat to cut, honestly took me from freezer to finish 4-5 hours.  Read Less
