I started with stripped parcooked bones as per the recipe but for peace of mind i swtiched to pressure cooking them first so that they soften a bit

This turns boiled chicken bones into a mince that looks more appetising than anything that comes from the supermarket i can only imagine what it would do with a nice piece of real meat
