Pros

This sits on four casters that give it more stability. Can use as vacuum or mop on all floor types even rugs. The suction is extraordinary, unlike anything i have ever seen.

It's a real workhorse that will get the job done right every time. I researched the 18650 batteries used in the vacuum, and they're very high quality. Decent battery life and suction power.

Self-cleaning feature is a game-changer. There is an option to mute the voice/sounds. Cleaning solution that's as dependable as an old friend.

Cons

Used 3 times and then quit for good. Stopped charging after 3 uses. It blinks for about 10 sec like it's charging then stops. A failing battery means the entire vacuum will not work.

Easy to run, easy to charge, seems to hold a charge longer than it says it is supposed to which makes it so much better.

Empty the tanks when done, let them dry put them back on the scrubber.

Sometimes have to run it twice to clean roll from thorough messes (see previous mention about grandsons)would definetly buy again!

Yes, this cleaner may come with a bit of a higher price tag, but trust me, it is worth every penny.

I'm loving this machine and recommend you pay a few bucks more and get this machine which works so well.
