Pros

This sits on four casters that give it more stability. Can use as vacuum or mop on all floor types even rugs. The suction is extraordinary, unlike anything i have ever seen.

It's a real workhorse that will get the job done right every time. I researched the 18650 batteries used in the vacuum, and they're very high quality. Decent battery life and suction power.

Self-cleaning feature is a game-changer. There is an option to mute the voice/sounds. Cleaning solution that's as dependable as an old friend.

Cons

Used 3 times and then quit for good. Stopped charging after 3 uses. It blinks for about 10 sec like it's charging then stops. A failing battery means the entire vacuum will not work.

I called the company and there customer service was excellent they sent me a new machine and i did not have to return the other one.

After 6 months it started giving me trouble contacted the seller and they sent me a new vac mop out can’t beat that service
