Pros

Black color was desired and looks good, and is easy to clean. Great looking nickel finish faucet for the price. Perfect match for my old kitchen sink.

Took us less than 20 minutes to install. Took the 25 yr old one out and connected the new one. Easy to install and works flawlessly. Don't forget to buy the 1/2” to 3/8” adapters if installing in a rv.

Installation is so easy, didn't have to spend on the plumber both the times. Wifey really likes that it pivots around past the edge of sink for filling large pots. No issues with leaking, seems durable so far. Nozzles stay open.

Cons

Looks like it’s a defective screw on nozzle. It is basically a drizzle unless you hold the button. No jet spray is a major miss.

The base is plastic. It weighs less than 2 lbs. Poorly designed, poorly manufactured.

Spend the extra couple bucks and get an adler.

Leaking from inside valve cover. Plumber unable to fix. The newer version of this fixes both of these problems.

What a great faucet for the price!

The jury is out on filter/aerator longevity - but at this price, it’s worth the journey.

Also half of the price of what they have at lowe’s!

I reached out to wewe sales and got an immediate response and a free replacement within a few days.

Ordered around 8pm and got it the next morning.

Customer service responded immediately and sent me replacement parts asap!

They responded very quickly and since i had already replaced the faucet they refunded my money.

Packaging/appearance

Came with cover to cover stupid soap and handle holes.

Definitely five star for package, product, price, and instructions.

It was all put together and packaged nicely, you basically just have to drop it in and hook up the water lines.

Competitiveness

This faucet seems to be as well constructed as the big brand names and the price is way better!

This faucet is an upgrade over the basic one we had, and remarkably priced relative to similar ones from the big box store.
