Pros
The raised outer edges prevent toe stubbing & catching the soles under rug edges resulting in falls. I have plantar fasciitis and chronic leg and foot pain. Only problem i find is if your feet perspire a lot, you should probably wear ankle socks.
The sandals are durable and so comfortable. Finally and good fitting sandals. Love love love these shoe.
Cons
These slides are very wobbly. I have average width feet and this slide is just too narrow. Returning for a refund.
Not accurate at all in sizing, keep that in mind. Within a week they were broken on the strap. They shrunk from a size 7 to less than a size 6!

The two straps can be tightened if needed.
These shoes are so comfortable but definitely size up.
