Pros
Love the product however needs to be boxed better. The waist straps are velcro and work well, although they too could have been laid out better to avoid reaching behind yourself to run them through teh d-ring. Overall a great buy though.
Cons
The velcro is incredibly weak and within the first 2 uses was already start coming undone. The tiny and barely sewn in strap that’s attached to the shoulder strap. The straps aren't long enough to * bad design.

Price
We bought this for our son who was past the point of 50 lb dumbbells and could not afford a gym membership.
With the cost of dumbbells being so expensive we went this rout so he could do leg work outs plus chest and arm work outs.

The shoulder straps are not adjustable and its a tad bit long im 6 tall and would like them cinched up about an inch or two so keep this in mind if youre under 5834 or so
