Weight is perfect for workouts. I like the hand holds.

The plates were packed in 1 package. These were packaged very securely with no damage. Shipped very quickly.

Cap 10lb plates are too small to slide onto a 1 cap dumbbell. Shipping package was awfully damaged. Pick some other weights.

Value for price, fits perfect with standard bars .

Good value for my money b/c i am using it 2-3x a week for bench pressing, deadlifts, etc.

I will only pay about$1 a lb for weights.

They do exactly what i hope they would, had a price point lower than i would expect.
