Pros

Great for strength training and weight lifting. Only complaint is each dumbell i received weighed exactly 69. Lbs. The paint on my 30 lb.

They're not modern, and this is a good thing. They're cheaper( if you have a garage gym your floor has a slight slope so they don't roll) don't smell,nor take up space. Remember to keep them away from humid conditions.

These are great quality dumbells for my home gym.

So it’s really terrible when the weights are above your face and you happen to hit them together, the coding flakes off into your eyes.

After a month or two i didn't even notice the imperfections in the corners and on the handle.
