Currently disputing with amazon at this time. The rack is terrible quality and designed very poorly. The customer service is absolutely no help and told me they can't guarantee i will ever receive my replacement parts order.

The balls our rugged and work extremely well.
Customer service was outstanding , very responsive and we were able to work together for a resolution.
But be for warned these exercise balls are not meant to be bounced or slammed - they will pop.
Love the product once it’s put together.
