Pros

This product is my prized gym possession. The dumbbells feel really very solid -- pro gymnasium feel to them. It's really the first time that i can use heavy weights without wearing gloves at all.

The quality of the product is very good. They have a great customer service and approach to fulfill their commitment. I believe this one more than merits it.

Cons

These weights have a chemical smell that emanates from them. One set came discolored. Rack is just okay.

Seller is super fast on shipping product.

We had the set within 10 days of ordering.

And told me they'll call me 30mins before they'll arrivebut they didnt call me and just show up so i could call my friend to help me.

I had to reach out to the shipping company to schedule a delivery.

Packaging/appearance

It was also packaged very nicely and i did not have any missing items.

I looked over everything and it all appeared to be intact and all there as described and i brought it all box by box down to the basement.

The boxes were absolutely trashed, didn’t have any issues with damaged barbells though.

In the unpacking and racking i unfortunately discovered that one of the 20 lb weights has incurred damage on the rubber outer coating.
