Pros

These plates are great for adjustable dumbells for experienced lifters and also great for all purpose use for less experience lifters. They fit on my dumbbell plate set with a 1 hole. They are solid and have a durable coating on them.

Cast iron gives you the actual weight and are durable and don't chip or break. No chipping or cracks on either piece. Cast iron durability and 1. Work on my 1 bar.

Cons

The holes in the center of these weights are too small. Won't go on the standard size barbell or dumbell.
