Pros

Great for adjustable dumbbells for experienced lifters and all purpose use for less experience lifters. Cast iron gives you the actual weight and are durable and don't chip or break. They do the job as designed. Lift weights, everyone.

Would recommend this seller to anyone. It's good for you. Good price too. Good piece of gear.

Cons

The holes in the center of these weights are too small. Won't go on the standard size barbell or dumbell.
