Pros

It is well built, runs quite and capable of lifting 200 pounds. Very sturdy design. Product performs well.

It installs quickly by attaching to the back of the cabinet not the bottom. The instructions are clear and it is easy to install. Very easy installation and setup.

Worked great for a 55 4k tv. All of the components seam of good quality. I have a hinged lid over the top of footboard and it easily lifts that and tv.
