Pros

I use a lot of electronics in my living room and this hides all the cords. The bracket can be mounted under the desk or anywhere really. They give you double-sided foam tape to secure it.

The cord has the three prong grounded cord to plug into the wall outlet. There's four grounded ac plugs as well as four usb ports. I like the added outlets that this secretly offers to my standing desk.

This is a great product that turns any table into a charging station. It's perfect for the wife because the outlets point towards the front of the bed making it easy for her to plug in laptop charger or phone cord.

Cons

It advertised to come with double sided sticky foam and a mount rail, it's just the outlet with the capability to mount to a rail. High pitched whine is louder and fluctuates quite a bit more than when i got it.
