Pros
Battery life is quite long, but i basically leave it plugged in all the time. Rechargeable so it doesn't require a constant power supply and lasts me about three or four full nights at least before needing a new full charge.
Some of the sound loops have noticeable repetition after listening to them all night but it is a minor issue. Some are kinda odd but actually can be quite soothing to the right environment. It has good volume control and a nice variety of white noise ... Read More

The two big negatives for me is that it is only chargeable via usb (not an ac adapter) and the timer feature.

Overall it's a very nice speaker for price.
Competitiveness
No, it's not going to compete with a dedicated bluetooth speaker from bose or jbl.
The alternatives that i looked at were substantially more expensive and harder to find.

I turn it on about every night for 60 mins each night and the battery last more than 3 weeks on a single charge

You cant go wrong in buying this also the charge lasts a long time as ive pretty much only recharge it about every 2 weeks

This is only a white noise machine

Actually it does display the time while the white noise is playing but the device turns off automatically after you shut the sound off after a short wait and then no longer displays the time

It would be much more useful with a continuous time display and an alarm if you need either you will have to have two devices on your bedside table or find a white noise machine with a clockalarm

Concerning the machine itself the operation takes a bit of playing around with to figure it out

You can also turn the sound on and off on the front at the top but since the device shuts off automatically you have to turn the machine on every night
